Hello, my name is Ms Coyne, and I am the Early Years Lead and Reception teacher at Our Lady Star of the Sea.
I absolutely love working in Early Years and have a real passion for all things creative. I'm really looking forward to welcoming all of the new children and families into Reception and creating lots of exciting and memorable experiences for every child.

When I'm not at school, I enjoy travelling, walking my dog, exercising, painting, creating, and cooking — I love food! I also love spending quality time with my family and friends.

Some of my favourite stories are The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, The Last Noo-Noo by Jill Murphy, and Stick Man by Julia Donaldson.

PE days are: Tuesday and Friday

As a school, we have established a list of 5 books for your child to read before they are 5:

Supertato by Sue Hendra and Paul Linnet

Stickman by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler

The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle

Welcome to the World Angel Baby by Gillian Shields and Nathan Reed

Goldilocks and the Three Bears by ‘My very First Story Time.’
